Rafael A. Chaves Jr.
CEO & PresidentRafael A. Chaves has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Steadfast Solutions since 2013. In this role, he oversees the organization’s fiscal functions and performance. Chaves retired from the US Army in 2008 after 23 years of service, holding numerous leadership positions in both peacetime and wartime. Following his retirement, he was recognized with multiple service-connected disabilities, leading Steadfast Solutions to become a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. He has also served as an advocate for veterans and active-duty personnel in various capacities. Chaves holds a Bachelor in Health Care Management, and Master's degrees in Project Management and Business Administration.
