Rafael A. Chaves is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Steadfast Solutions, since 2013. As the CEO and President he Plans, develops, organize, implement, directs and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance. Rafael A. Chaves retired from the US Army in 2008 after 23 years of service, were he served his nation in peace time and in war time, in numerous leadership positions. Soon after his retirement the Veterans Administration found our CEO to have multiple service connected disability’s does giving the opportunity to make Steadfast Solutions, into a Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business. Since his retirement in 2008 and until recently, Our CEO had the great honor to have served as an advocated for our nation’s heroes, Active Duty and Veterans alike, He served as an Ombudsman, for the Army Medical Department, as an Army Wounded Warrior Advocated and Department of Defense, Recovery Care Coordinator with the US Special Operations Command, Care Coalition and most recently as a Regional Veteran Liaison, covering the Southeastern part of the US, in support of the Assistive Living Transition Assistance program for Service members and Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury. Our CEO/President is committed into the development of Steadfast Logistics plans and programs as a strategic partner with the US Government. By constantly evaluating corporate structure and plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Steadfast Logistics as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities of individuals but most dear and near to his heart to give our Nations, Veterans and those transitioning from the military to civilian life and opportunity to become and be part of Steadfast Solutions. His academic credentials include a Bachelor in Health Care Management from Wayland Baptist University, Masters Degree in Project Management and Business Administration from Keller Graduated School of Management, Our CEO is a graduated of multiple US Army Leadership Courses and Technical schools as well as a graduated of the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Instituted, and a Certified Mediator by the Atlanta Justice Center.

During his tenure he wore various hats from being a hands on project architect to running the whole program from end to finish. Pavan is Technology leader which vast experince in Operations, Finance, Acquisitions, Corporate Alliances. His expereince invloves Managing relationships with partners/vendors, Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.).
He is technology leader with extensive knowledge of ERP Solutions such as SAP, Oralcle and Cloud based ERP’s and HR solutions such as Successfactors and Workday.

Shain comes to Steadfast with over 15 years of service sales experience. A Sales Leader with expertise and demonstrated success acquiring new clients in additions to growing enterprise level accounts regionally and nationally. Shain has expertise in marketing strategies and strategic selling techniques while increasing revenue and gross profit in intensely competitive environments. An accomplished executive who can attract, recruit, and build high performing sales, recruiting, and operations teams for industry leading professional staffing and solutions companies.
